There are a few ways to purchase Discovery Toys. You can host or attend a Discovery Toys party. You can order through me by email or over the phone. There is no minimum order. Check out our Fall Catalog!

No, I’m happy to help you with an order, no matter where you live!

6. Can I send Discovery Toys products as a gift?

Discovery Toys make GREAT gifts! Gifts can be either shipped to you or to your recipient. No pricing information is included in the packing slip and a personal note can be sent as well.

7. What is the shipping fee?

In the Contiguous US, the shipping fee is either 12% of your order or $6.25, whichever is higher

8. What do I do if a Discovery Toys product is broken or lost?

Simply contact me! All Discovery Toys products are 100% guaranteed for life. If you have a problem with a product, we will have a replacement shipped out, free of charge. If your toy is no longer available, Discovery Toys will issue you a credit for a new toy of equal value. Replacement parts are also available for many of our products at a nominal fee.

9. What is the Discovery Toys return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a Discovery Toys product, you may return it for a refund (within 30 days for books, CDs, DVDs and specifically noted products). Original delivery charges and return postage are not reimbursed on returned merchandise.
